Audio Expert Needed

So I had a keepsake / memorial bear made and a sound recorder is inside it. The audio I used contains singing by a dying relative so its very quiet. We put this onto the recorder and put it into the bear but as you can imagine its very hard to hear. Maybe an audio expert can amplify this audio to make it easy to hear.
