Audio Enhancement & Transcription from Video -- 2

I have a short video from a ring camera. It’s approx 2 min long. There is some background noise, not to mention the woman is Russian and speaks very fast. I wasn’t home at the time of this video, so would like to understand what was being said, not only by the two in the video but the man at the top of my driveway that I don’t recognize. They are a bit away, so not sure it can be deciphered but would like to try.

The main purpose of enhancing the audio is to hear the conversation clearly. I would also like a written transcript of the conversation.
