Audio Enhancement: Noise Removal & Clarity

I have a project that involves removing various background noises from an audio file and enhancing the voice clarity. There is a female voice that is much lower than any other voice that needs to be enhanced, an example is around the 1’ 13” marker she says, “Oww” very low.
Key Requirements:
- Noise Removal: The key noises to be removed are a constant hum, a barking dog, and a repetitive clinking sound. These distractions are disrupting the clarity of the audio and must be eliminated.
- Voice Enhancement: I need the audio to be clear and crisp, with improved voice clarity. This means the voice and human sound effects (i.e. moans, groans, gasps, etc.) should be the focal point of the audio, without any distortion from the background noise with extra attention to any female voices or sounds.
Application Requirement:
- Experience: I would like to see past projects you've worked on that demonstrate your ability to remove background noise from audio files and enhance voice clarity. A portfolio or samples of your work would be highly beneficial in helping me assess your suitability for this task.
