Audio Editor for MP3 Enhancement

We need an experienced audio editor to work on our MP3 file for use in a software demo video. The project involves:
Specific Requirements:
- Shorten existing MP3 from 110 seconds to under 70 seconds (file attached)
- Add complementary instrumental elements to enhance the audio
- Apply professional audio processing including:
- Reverb for depth and space
- Echo/delay effects where appropriate
- Compression for consistent audio levels
- EQ adjustments for clarity and balance
- Any other mixing/mastering techniques to enhance overall quality
- Incorporate modern sound effects/thumps similar to those used on professional websites (reference audio available on hero section of : i-S-A-M-S website homepage)
- Ensure the final audio is polished and suitable for a software demo video
Deliverables:
- Final edited MP3 file (under 70 seconds)
- High-quality audio output (minimum 320kbps)
