Audio Editing

Need a few hours of poor recording with background noise. Voices are typically a whisper or mostly covered by background noise. I lack the experience to do myself. Need fast turn around. Not all vocals will be heard and need someone to scrub each track. Mostly 1 on 1 dialogue. I’d imagine not too difficult for the trained pro. The track provided is a sample and there are 2-3 more that are similar.
