Audio Correction

I need someone who can take an audio file of a video interview and do the absolute best job possible of saving the audio. The clip should be 30-45 seconds long of an answer our client gave, but the audio has a ton of background noise.

I have a 5 second sample of it that I would like for candidates to clean up to show how well you can do it.
