Audio Conversion & Processing from SC4
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have 4 audio files recorded in Samsung's old proprietary SC4 format (not the SC4 now associated with game files). I need them converted to WAV. These were originally recorded on a Samsung Voice Yepp recorder.
The WAV files should be in standard quality (44.1 kHz, 16-bit). I may also need some additional processing applied to the audio files, specifically noise reduction and volume normalization, if the conversion makes them hard to hear clearly.
