Add acoustics and make an audio file sound professional as personal gift not a singer

I am looking for a freelancer to add acoustics and enhance the audio quality of a personal audio file that I would like to gift. The audio file is between 1-5 minutes in duration. I am looking for both clarity improvements and the addition of effects to make the audio sound professional. Additionally, I would like background music to be added to the audio.
