podcast editing

I am looking for a podcast editor to help with my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in editing podcasts and be able to work with episodes that are 30-60 minutes in length. I need 1 episode a week.

I will need 4 episodes edited by January 1st when I launch, and then once a week after that

Requirements:
- Experience in podcast editing
- Proficiency in audio editing software such as Audacity or Adobe Audition
- Ability to enhance audio quality and remove background noise
- Knowledge of podcasting best practices, including proper pacing and structure

Responsibilities:
- Edit each episode according to my specifications and guidelines
- Incorporate any specific segments or sound effects that I provide
- Provide creative input and suggestions for improving the overall quality of the podcast
- Ensure a quick turnaround time for each episode, delivering them in less than a week

-I want obvious things out like "ummmms" and then some content that I will tell the editor.
- And someone who can edit an hour long recording in a max of 3 hours
