podcast editing

I am looking for an experienced podcast editor to help me refine my podcasts. Each episode will be between 30 and 60 minutes long and I do not require any additional sound effects or background music. I need someone who can edit on an ongoing basis, producing high quality episodes that appeal to my target audience. The editor should be able to quickly turn each episode around and will need to be attentive to detail and creative with each podcast episode. Experience and reliability are essential and I am willing to pay a fair rate for the right candidate.
