I need an audiobook producer

Hi,
I’m looking to produce an audiobook of an already published book privately. I will not be selling or releasing the audiobook, it is a gift for my partner. They don’t like the official narration and for their birthday I want to create the audiobook myself. The book itself is around 435 pages long and I would need advice regarding all aspects of production, including recording and editing, as I have never done anything like this before.
