editing background noise from audio

I am looking to hire a freelancer to edit the background noise from my audio recordings. The recordings are music recordings and each has a duration of less than 5 minutes. I need the edited files to be in MP3 format. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in audio editing, especially removing background noise from audio recordings.
