audioediting for podcast

I am looking for an experienced audio editor to edit my podcast episodes that are 30-60 minutes in length. My goal is to produce professional-sounding episodes and so I need someone who can do detailed audio editing work, such as noise reduction and cleanup, adding originally recorded music, and editing out mistakes and pauses. The final product should be in MP3 format. The project is unusual. It is an audiobook with commentary added by the author, which will be uploaded as a podcast for a general audience. There will be 15-20 episodes. The author/podcaster would prefer an editor who is sympathetic to feminist thought and who has a background understanding of Mormonism. The editor will need to give technical advice to the author (who has good recording equipment and basic knowledge of Audacity) and provide advice about posting the podcast.
