Weekly Podcast Post-production & Optimization Specialist

I am looking for an experienced freelance professional to handle all aspects of post-production for my weekly podcast.
Key Responsibilities:
Podcast Production (1 episode per week):
Uploading:
Editing:
Show Notes and Teaser Creation:
YouTube Upload and Optimization (1 video per week):
Uploading:
Video Editing and Thumbnail Creation:
SEO and Title Optimization:
Email Campaigns (2 per week): Is favourable BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
- Edit raw audio files, each episode with a duration of 45 minutes to one hour and coming from a single raw recording.
- Optimize and upload the final edited version on YouTube, creating engaging Shorts and Reels as necessary.
- Work efficiently to ensure distributions on multiple platforms, namely Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and our official website.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expert proficiency in audio editing software
- Familiarity with Youtube and experience in creating Shorts and Reels
- Experience with podcast hosting and distribution on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, & Google Podcasts
- Working knowledge on website upload and optimization
