Warm German Narrator Needed

I'm currently in need of a professional and skilled German native voice-over artist who is able to deliver a narration in standard English with a professional, warm and friendly tone. This is a very specific requirement where the artist must be German native as the audio requires the narration in English with a natural German accent.
Key Requirements:
- Native German speaker who is fluent / highly
Proficient in spoken English.
- Able to convey a warm and friendly atmosphere through voice modulation.
- Previous experience in video narration is required.
- Quick and efficient, capable of meeting deadlines.
This project involves reviewing existing video with American english speaker. The video is approx. 150 seconds duration. The artist will be required to create the audio in sync with the lips of the American speaker.
