Videos to be converted to Audio only WITHOUT Music

Hi Guys,
I have 4 videos downloaded from Youtube, Sufi Songs, I need them converted to Audio file, Plus I dont want any of the music, the parts where there is only music you can remove it and replace it with a short suitable silence (like 2 TO 4 seconds of silence like a break).
Files are: 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 18 minutes, & 8 minutes.
