Video Podcast Editor

I am working on a video podcast series and need a editor for the same. It will be a simple editing jobs for a ~60min episode.

More Details:
1. Main Sequence and Cuts
- Length - 1 hour (+ -) 15 minutes
- 5 independent synced speaker-wise videos are available
- Big Screen to include the person speaking - should transition to the other person when he speaks. People
who are silent to be there in small boxes (Horizontally vs Vertical / Left vs Right / Top vs Bottom). Design the Screen - Positioning the main speaker (person who is speaking) vs others
- Add subtitles (using tools such as Descript)

2. Colour Grading
- Standardize the color - similar lighting/tint for all speakers (5 of them)

3. Sound Mixing
- Clean background noise / white noise
- Remove filler words - such as hmms / you know / basically

4. Intro
- 15-second introduction: Background Image
- Music
- Thumbnail
- Supers (1st time each speaker comes on screen)

5. Outro
- 10-second credits - Guests
- Music
