MP4 Video Clarity and Noise Reduction

The original video is on my iphone via my camera, it was an accidental recording so the clarity is very hard to hear. I converted to MP4 and MOV both and tried to extract the conversation with apps but had no luck. I need to get the conversation as clear as possible.
