90-Second Song Edit for Presentation

I need a song professionally edited down to 90 seconds for a presentation. Key aspects include retaining the chorus and implementing fade in/out transitions.

Use first verse and chorus then I need to add more chorus or possibly bridge that is at the 2:35 mark and end somehow all for a total of 90 seconds.
This is for a talent dance at a pageant.
