Reservation Call Recordings
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need four professionally-produced mock-up phone calls—each about 1–2 minutes long—that I can drop straight into training modules for front-desk and host staff. Two calls will take place in a restaurant and two in a hotel so the focus stays balanced between both settings.
Scenarios to cover
• Restaurant table booking that mentions both a window seat and outdoor seating preference.
• Hotel room booking for an anniversary, complete with a complimentary bottle of champagne request.
• A guest rescheduling an existing reservation.
• A guest asking about availability and pricing before committing.
Production notes
• Use two distinct, natural-sounding voices (ideally one male, one female) to portray the caller and the receptionist/host.
• Keep the tone warm, clear, and distinctly “hospitality.”
• Supply each call as a separate, cleanly edited MP3 or WAV with zero background noise. A light lobby or dining-room ambience under the dialogue is welcome as long as it never masks the voices.
Once delivered, I should be able to play the files without additional editing, so please normalize levels and trim any dead air.
