Remove scratchy sounding artifacts from old vinyl

I have a digital file of a recording from a 1946 project. The vinyl sounds scratchy. Not like skipping becauses of scratches, but more like there is a scratchy sound from the quality of the disk. I'd like to remove some if not all of that scratchy sound.

This sound file is about 7 minutes long, but I only need what is on the file beginning at 5 minutes to the end.
