Record my new song

I have recorded a song on piano which I now want to have a professional recording of so that I can publish on different places to see what people think of it.
The work will be to record it and then add more instruments to make it better and more harmonic. When the song is ready I will also record my voice/vocals and then the next task will be to also make that sound good. ?
I also need to understand the ownership of music like these (i.e. who owns the song when it's my idea & song while the recording has been done by someone else).
The song should be recorded with very good quality.
