Programmer To Train ML Model For Vocals

I'm a musician looking to create a ML model from my vocals. I will provide the full dataset (at least 100 vocal samples) but I need a professional programmer to do the rest, including fine tuning the model and creating a simple text-to-speech user interface for me.
