Production and editing of podcast

For this project, I am in need of someone to produce and edit podcasts for me. Each episode should be 20-40 minutes in length. Though I have a rough idea of the content and themes for each episode, I am open to suggestions and would like to collaborate with the freelancer to make sure the topics are interesting and engaging. When it comes to editing, I am looking for someone to provide a heavy level of production - including adding music, sound effects, and other elements – to make the podcast engaging for listeners. The podcast will be an interview series on the latest health and well-being information for women over 50.
