Pro Tools HD System Troubleshooting

I am looking for an expert in Pro Tools HD equipment setup. My current setup consists of an audio interface, control surface, microphones, and an Avid HTRX system. But, I am facing a problem - the Avid HTRX system isn't emitting any sound, and the microphone isn't working.

Here are some details:
- I have checked the connections between the Avid HTRX system and the audio interface.
- The firmware of both the Avid HTRX system and audio interface has been updated to the latest version.

Ideally, the freelancer for this project should possess:
- Extensive knowledge in Pro Tools HD setup.
- Familiarity with Avid HTRX system.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and rectify the issue hindering the sound output.
- Ability to work remotely, if required.

Please note, the priority is getting the sound output from the HTRX system and the microphone to work. I appreciate all the help I can get to solve this issue.
