Podcast editing

My podcast is currently producing episodes that are between 30-60 minutes in length, and require advanced editing to add music, sound effects, and transitions. The podcast releases new episodes bi-weekly, so I am looking for a freelancer to edit each one. The freelancer should be experienced in taking raw audio footage of episodes and using editing software to make them professional and polished. The finished product should include a solid flow from one segment to the next, with smooth transitions, as well as music and sound effects placed accurately throughout. The audio should be balanced, with levels adjusted, noise removed, and um’s and ah's eliminated. The freelancer should take care to produce a high quality product, while working quickly, so that the podcast can meet bi-weekly deadlines.
