Podcast Editor / Producer

Three girlfriends creating a podcast with a "Sex in the City" and "Kidd Kraddick Show" vibe -- all things sex, dating, and anything/everything else that may arise. We will have guests come on the show for some episodes (maybe eventually all episodes). We will do fun segments, such as a drinking game or date recap. None of use ladies are very technical, so we need a producer that can provide all the technical equipment & expertise. We want to be able to show up, have conversations, and then the producer take the conversations and edit them into episodes with sound effects, music, etc. We won't be doing video, only audio. Because of the content, we will be doing it under fake names and won't be doing video. We would like to pay a flat per episode rate, if possible.
