Outdoor Speaker/Noise Machine project

I need a product designer to help me create a small weatherproof indoor/outdoor plug-in noise machine that is programmed to only play one 30-60 minute sound clip on a loop. Think of something like a white noise machine where you can listen to ocean sounds for like 8 hours and it has options for auto-on and auto-shutoff. Something like this, but capable of being outdoors and playing a nature sound that I will share with you, obviously. :) This would be a prototype item.
