Noisy business behind my home

There is a business that is so loud behind my home. I would like to hire someone to come and record the noises for a week to see what the decibel levels are at. If there was a machine that could just be left in my backyard to record that would be great. I have thousands of videos over the last 2 1/2 years of what this company has done through their business practice changes. They no longer use an internal compactor for their solid waste. They use 68 dumpsters per week and they dump loads of trash off the end of a forklift. Not only are there dumpster dumping noises but there’s all the other noises that a company this new way of conducting their business. I need help
