I need an experienced audio engineer who can devise a voice-activating recording system predominantly for noise cancellation in a scenario where there's a lot of background noise interfering with clear audit of involved persons. The noise cancellation system should be sensitive enough to specifically recognize and bring out Afrikaans accents and dialect load and clear. The intended application of this system is primarily for personal purposes. Candidates should possess skills in audio engineering, specifically in noise cancellation.
