Music for my original song..this is hindi song..budget is 1500

I am looking for a music for my song.
Song length is about 3 min.
I want rock music for the song. this is hindi song.
I want below things
1.You need to compose good music with guitar, drums, lead guitar, bass guitar basically all things as per rock song genre...
2.You need to Send the music to me , using which I will again do the voice recording in studio.
3. I will send the voice recording from the studio back to you and you need to then properly mix , master, and along with pitch corrections.
4. then you need to send the complete song and also karaoke music in wav and mp3 format to me.
my budget is 1500 rs only..bid accordingly, I want the first cut of music in 3 to 4 days after awarding the project.
