Mix spoken audio with music (both, music and spoken audio availible)

I am looking for someone, who can combine spoken audio (available) with background music ( available) for me.
I have 12 voices, 12 themes and 6 different muse titles. I want each voice to be combined with each theme and muse title. So there are 864 possibilities in total.
The length of the spoken text is maximum 20 minutes. At the beginning and end of the spoken audio, I would like to have a few seconds of fade in and fade out. The music titles are 30 mintunes long, but can be adapted to the length of the spoken audio by fading out at the end.
