MacOS Audio Streaming Setup

I'm looking to set up an SRT audio streamer on MacOS to stream 4 audio channels from Loopback by Rogue Amoeba to a Magewell AudioDX, which will then convert the audio to Dante. Same thing the other way around, from the AudioDX to a SRT audio receiver

Requirements:
- Stream 4 audio channels
- Use Loopback by Rogue Amoeba
- Send to Magewell AudioDX for Dante conversion and back
- Audio quality: AAC

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with SRT streaming (Most likely FFMPEG or GStreamet)
- Familiarity with Loopback and audio routing on MacOS
