Help setting up my podcast

I’m looking for help setting up my new podcast! I’m a beginner with podcasting, so I need help with some of the technical aspects. Specifically, I’m looking for someone to provide assistance with recording, editing, and preparing episodes for distribution. I’m also open to recommendations for equipment that might benefit my project. In terms of frequency, I am planning to release podcast episodes on a monthly basis.
