Entertaining Podcast Listener Growth via TikTok

My goal is simple: turn our existing podcast moments into short, humorous TikTok clips that spark shares, laughs, and a steady rise in podcast listeners. The content focus is firmly on entertaining snippets, and every clip should carry a light-hearted tone that fits TikTok’s fast pace while nudging viewers to check out the full episode.
This is a new TikTok account. We are targeting the Gen X woman who listens to podcasts. Our podcast has, on average 40-60 listeners per show, 3,100 downloads.

Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• I’ll supply audio from each episode.
• You identify punchy highlights, edit them into 15–60-second vertical videos, add captions, emojis, and a clear on-screen call-to-action to “listen to the full show.”
• Write scroll-stopping hooks and engaging captions that match our comedic style and TikTok trends.
• Publish (or schedule) 4–6 clips on our account, then monitor comments, shares, and completion rates.
• Send a brief report showing follower growth, engagement metrics, and—most importantly—how many viewers clicked through to the podcast through TikTok
