Edit and enhance a piece of instrumental music

It is a piece of musical score in which a wife will be tending to her husband's wounds after he was beaten up badly in a fight with two men. You need to edit the music as per timing and sound, but I am also looking for input on the composition. For instance, if you think another chord or slightly different arrangement would make for a better effect, I want you to feel free to suggest it. In the end, it will be up to me, but I am definitely looking for someone with good compositional skills, not just a technician.
