Budget: $125 – $250 USD
I have a 30–60-minute home video in MP4 format that I need moved onto a standard DVD-R. The audio track requires thorough enhancement: increase overall audio volume, remove wind and hiss, and isolate/enhance male and female voices for clarity as much as possible.
Additionally, I need a transcript of any dialogue or speech detected in the video.
Once the audio adjustments are complete, the corrected video should be authored to a playable DVD-R with a simple menu or direct play. The final DVD should then be mailed to me directly.
The workflow includes:
• Receiving the MP4 source file.
• Performing advanced audio restoration—boosting speech clarity, reducing noise, separating voices.
• Transcribing all audible dialogue and speech.
• Creating a playable DVD-R.
• Shipping the finished product to my address.
I will test the disc on a regular set-top player; dialogue must be consistently audible, with minimized background noise. Once I sign off on the final result, the job will be complete.
