Create WAV files from CSV file

Create a single WAV file from a CSV file that will be used for Voice Mail Identification. The CSV file has an identified selection for either a male or female voice . An individual wav file will be created for each line in csv. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in audio editing and be able to work with CSV files. The project requires attention to detail and the ability to produce a high-quality audio file.
