Conference New York
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I am looking for a professional to help equip and record a small conference in New York. The purpose of the conference is to provide education and training, as well as networking and business opportunities, and to showcase new technologies. We are expecting roughly 125-150 attendees, and are only looking for audio recording services. The recordings will need to be of excellent quality and the audio equipment used should be up-to-date and reliable.
Dates: Thursday 26th October (Definite) Friday 27th October (To be confirmed)
Venue: Either Radegast Hall or Camp David (Top
Anticipated Equipment requirement:
· 3x radio mic sets (1x on stage speaker, 1x MC on the day, one prepped up for the next speaker)
· 2 x stick mics for audience questions at the end of each presentation
· Mixing desk to provide mixed feed to both PA system and 1x2 cameras.
· Cabiling long enough to run from the stage to the mixing desk
· Additional XLR cabling to provide mixed feed audio from the mixing desk into the cameras
· If required a PA set up (speakers) with additional cabling, to provide in-house audio to the audience
· Extension leads and cable drums for power supply
