Coach Me in Cubase Elements 10.5 via Zoom on a Mac
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
've been using Cubase for 30 years.
When it works fine, I hardly appreciate it, and take it for granted.
Occasionally it spits the dummy for no apparent reason, whereupon I hate it and start to look at Ableton, ProTools, etc.
There's a steep learning curve to switch to anything else, so sooner or later, I abandon thoughts of switching and make Cubase work again.
It's really quite well-developed.
The title of this job tells you what kind of hardware I have.
I'm looking for someone who has experience with Cubase on a Mac, especially with Prologue, who can coach me with various issues such as:
1. How to select every nth note in MIDI editor?

2. How to add VST instruments to Kontakt player
eg - Sonatina Orchestra.

3. How to assemble a library of custom patches and presets.
4. How to understand. Prologue Synth
One hour a week for a few weeks with a little homework in between should lift my game, although I expect there will still be 1000 features that I will never use.
I'm using Cubase to create quirky dramedy instrumental music cues for use in the background of TV shows, like the attachment.

Please don't apply if you are not familiar with Cubase and think that it's basically the same as any other DAW, which it undoubtedly is, but everything is slightly different, so I don't want to be going out of the room to make a coffee while you figure out how to import a WAV file.
If you run Cubase on Windows, that won't work either, because a lot of my questions will relate to file locations.
On the other hand, if you know Cubase really well and run it on a Mac, I look forward to learning from you.
