E-Book to Audible & Paperback Transformation

I'm looking for someone to read an existing e-book on Amazon entitled "I Need A Dad Too" by Jacquelyn Brooks and create an audio version narrated by a Black female voice from the US (format ready for submittal to Audible.com), as well as a paperback hard copy. It's a very short book, so this should not be overly time-consuming.

Hard Copy Requirements:
- Paperback format
- Includes the author's note
- Incorporates illustrations
- Contains an author's note at the end

Audio Version Requirements:
- Narrated in a clear, engaging female voice

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in audio production and creating audiobooks
- Ability to read, understand and replicate the content from the e-book
- Experience in preparing and formatting a paperback
- Ability to source or create illustrations to match the content
- Prior experience with children's literature or similar content would be beneficial.
