Audio plugin/vst to be used in Daw with simple functions

I am looking for a plugin/VST to be used in the Ableton Live and others(DAW) to help with music production. The plugin should include a single function of route signal from different channels and simple equalization, to adjust or correct the frequency response of an audio signal. The plugin will be used primarily with music production, helping to shape the sound of tracks and movements in the music.
