Audio Restoration of Interview Recording

I need a professional audio engineer to restore a really bad audio recording of an interview. It is for a high school project. The recording has a lot of background noise, voices that fade in and out, and some parts of the speech that are difficult to catch. The purpose of this project is to get the recording clear enough to translate it for a high school english class project that outlines the main points of the interview.
