Audio Editor Needed

Currently I have two audio recordings captured from a voice recorder and would like to find someone ongoing that I can send these files to for clearing up the background noises, mostly wind and amplify the voices. Most recordings will be 10 minutes or under; small projects but highly needed; about 3-5 per week.
