Key Requirements:
- 4 distinct effects are required depending on which file of the 50.
- The first effect should mimic the ground communication with the tower. It should have a Radio AIR traffic control effect, but not as strong as the airborn communication with the tower. .
- The second effect should replicate a more amplified Air Traffic Control communication (airborn).
- Third effect on a couple of files is to sound very garbled (inaudible sort of).
- Fourth effect is totally garbled and cannot hear properly.
