Multilingual Call Center Recording

I’m training EduGorilla’s new voice-based AI assistant and need a large, high-quality pool of authentic call-center conversations to teach it the nuances of real human speech. Spanish, punjabi and Urdu are my immediate priorities, and I will happily review well-curated Urdu or broader Chinese recordings as well.
The recordings should feature natural back-and-forth between agent and caller so the model can learn tone, accent and intent. Data security is critical—an NDA will be in place before any files are shared, and you’re free to further anonymise the audio on your end.
Deliverables
• Clean call-center recordings for each language
• Balanced speaker channels or stereo split when possible
• Basic metadata: language, duration, speaker roles, broad topic
• Staggered batch delivery so we can validate quality early
