Integrated Health Cam Device

I’m putting together a proof-of-concept that fuses a cardiorespiratory and pulse-oximeter module with a video camera, speaker and microphone—all inside a single enclosure. Its core job is continuous health monitoring, so the sensors must capture both heart rate and SpO₂ in real time and feed that data to an onboard processor for display or wireless transmission.
Because I also need visual context, the camera has to handle live streaming and local recording at the same time. Think of a patient pressing a button, the feed goes out instantly to a caregiver while a copy is stored on removable storage or flash for later review. The built-in mic and speaker will let users ask simple questions (“What’s my oxygen level?”) and hear an immediate, spoken answer pulled from current readings.
What I’m looking for from you:
• A working prototype (breadboard or compact PCB) that integrates the chosen heart-rate/SpO₂ sensor, HD camera, microcontroller/SoC, audio codec, speaker and mic.
• Firmware capable of sensor acquisition, on-device data processing, voice prompts, and simultaneous RTSP/HTTP live stream plus H.264 recording.
• A minimal companion interface (mobile or web) just to demonstrate data display and camera feed.
• Full documentation: schematics, BOM, mechanical layout, and flashing instructions so the build can be reproduced and scaled.
