Help me develop a tool that convert text to audio and video
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Requirement:
I want to develop a tool that is used to convert text to video, first convert text to audio, then integrate the Image or Video to generate a video, could be MP4 format.
check mockup page in attachment, the page is separated several parts
1. Menu part, there is File(F), open the File menu, there could be Create, Load, Save,Export menu to create/load/save project, export to MP4 format video.
2. Top Left: there is 3 columns.
Text column is used to fill in text that need to be converted.
Audio pattern column is used to select a proper audio pattern, now there are 4 patterns, could be implemented in a dropdown list, mainly support Chinese language.
Image or Video column is used to set a proper image or video for the text.
3. Top Right, this is a pre-rendering part that show the result. Check mockup page, there are several button below the video.
4. Bottom is a time frame part. There are 4 lines in this part.
Line 1 is the text to be converted.
Line 2 is the image or video that to be shown in final video result.
Line 3 is the converted audio for all text that is from top left list.
Line 4 is a background audio file that could add background to final video.
the lines could be locked/unlocked, enabled/disabled, check mockup for detail.
