24/7 FFmpeg Live Stream Recorder

I need an FFmpeg-based solution to record live streams from custom server s(like m3u8 or Shoutcast) 24/7, 365 days a year.

The recordings should be saved in mp3 / mp4 formats as well as aac etc..

Key Requirements:
- Record multiple radio/tv stations continuously without interruptions
- Each station has multiple live streaming URLS (main one and failover)
- Save the recordings in many formats with custom settings (audio and video)
- Save the recordings in many duration with custom settings (1h file for each station by default)
- Source streams from a custom server (m3u8, rtmp, udp, http etc)
- Send alerts by email & sms in case of invalid stream, mute stream or any other error
- Send a daily report with the live streaming status
- Load streaming details from a MS Sql server and save logs and other streaming details to SQL tables
- Close and restart the stream every 2 hours loading again details from SQL
- Check if the duration is the setted one and in case of issues send alerts by email / sms
- Auto restart the app in case of crashes and send notifications
- The app has to work on Linux and Windows
- Separate audio from video and save two distinct files (audio and audio+video)

The app has to be stable and work 24/7/365.

It has to handle hundreds of streams.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in FFmpeg
- Experience with live stream processing and server configurations
- Knowledge of audio and video encoding and file management

We will chose some dev who already have done something similar to show.
