Clone Father’s Voice for AI

I have a MOV video that contains not so clear samples of my father’s speech. I’d like you to extract his voice, train an AI model, and give me a simple way to type any text and hear his voice spoken in his tone. This is strictly for personal use, so licensing is straightforward—I just want a convincing, respectful digital keepsake.
Scope and expectations
• Isolate and clean the audio from the supplied MOV file.
• Train a voice-cloning model with enough fidelity to sound natural, not robotic.
• Provide the finished model (or voice profile) plus a short guide showing how I can generate new phrases on my Windows PC or through an easy cloud interface. Popular tools such as Tacotron, Coqui TTS, or ElevenLabs are welcome, but I’m open to whatever gives the best result.
• Deliver a few sample clips so I can confirm quality before final hand-off.
• Ensure all files remain private; this is a sentimental project, not for commercial distribution.
